Strategic Framework Initiative

Become a Framework Champion

Join a select group of RCC staff who will lead the strategic framework rollout, support their peers, and help create a culture of strategic alignment across the college.

What is a Framework Champion?

Framework Champions are RCC staff members who serve as ambassadors, mentors, and advocates for the Strategic, Tactical, and Operational Framework. They help their colleagues understand how the framework applies to their work, facilitate peer learning, and provide feedback to leadership about implementation challenges and opportunities.

Peer Support Role

Champions are not supervisors or evaluators. You'll be a trusted peer who helps colleagues navigate the framework, answer questions, and share best practices.

Change Agent

You'll help create a culture where strategic thinking is valued at all levels, and where staff feel empowered to contribute ideas for improvement.

Strategic Alignment Implementation Workflow

Champions play a key role in each phase of our strategic alignment rollout, from documentation updates to training and ongoing support.
